Home Away From Home

Our Story - Front of Facility Pine View Terrace is a 36-unit assisted living facility offering independent living in accordance with the state of Wisconsin’s residential care apartment complex (RCAC) program. Pine View Terrace consists of one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with kitchens, full bathrooms with walk-in showers, ample closet space and ground level patios to outdoor yard space. Couples are welcome in all apartments.

Located in Black River Falls, Wisconsin adjacent to the Jackson County Fairgrounds and across from the new Lunda Community Center, where the local Senior Center operates, Pine View Terrace offers individuals an independent living environment with services available as needed. In addition, social, recreational, educational and spiritual opportunities are accessible to align with your lifestyle.

As it was once eloquently said in a well-known movie, “There’s no place like home”. We understand the importance of home to individuals as they transition to new living environments. At Pine View Terrace, we’re committed to ensuring your new home with us will be comfortable and enjoyable. My parents moved into Pine View Terrace almost a year ago. The apartment is well laid out and accessible for their needs, especially mom who has more mobility issues. The staff are very caring and responsive to their needs. Its especially nice that there is now 24 hours in house staff. Wendy, the administrator, is available when questions arise and follows up quickly with any concerns. There are activities planned monthly to provide socialization with other residents. All of us kids, all 7 of us, are happy that mom and dad are being watched over and not alone in their house anymore. It gives us peace of mind.
