Our Story

Home Away From Home

Pine View Terrace is a 36-unit assisted living facility offering independent living in accordance with the state of Wisconsin’s residential care apartment complex (RCAC) program. Pine View Terrace consists of one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with kitchens, full bathrooms with walk-in showers, ample closet space and ground level patios to outdoor yard space. Couples are welcome in all apartments.

Located in Black River Falls, Wisconsin adjacent to the Jackson County Fairgrounds and across from the new Lunda Community Center, where the local Senior Center operates, Pine View Terrace offers individuals an independent living environment with services available as needed. In addition, social, recreational, educational and spiritual opportunities are accessible to align with your lifestyle.
